The United Asian Coalition is a non–discriminatory student run organization, intended to increase social and cultural awareness surrounding Asian identities on campus. The UAC provides an outlet for students wishing to explore various aspects of Asian culture. The UAC's goal is to promote an open–minded, accepting, and inclusive community within UNH.

• United Asian Coalition was established to pr

ovide a place at the University of New Hampshire to celebrate the heritage and traditions of Asian cultures and to provide a safe zone for discussion of social justice issues as related to Asians and Asian-Americans. Members are typically students at UNH and may include: self identifying Asians, Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, or and allies.
• The United Asian Coalition (UAC) seeks to provide a place within the university to
o explore and celebrate the social & cultural heritages and traditions that make up the Asian diaspora in the local community by learning about the respective cultures that are represented in the UAC and at UNH as well as those not currently represented, and how those various Asian identities fit in the context of the UNH community and beyond. Members are typically students at UNH and may include: self-identifying Asians/Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders, immigrants, refugees, adoptees, multi-racials, and those who do not identify as Asian or Asian American & Pacific Islander, but who wish to learn about these identities. We come together to create a welcoming, accepting, and affirming community that appreciates an openness to differing ideas and viewpoints in order to create an environment of inclusiveness through a shared learning experience.
• Besides our regular meetings, we organize large-scale events such as our Lunar New Year Celebration, Kosher Sushi Night, and East Meets West where we focus on the Asian American Movement in America. We have invited many performers and speakers to UNH, such as singers Magnetic North, Sam Kang, comedians Eliot Chang, Justin Rivera, ECAASU director Calvin Sun, and Lion Dancers from the greater Boston area.
• In addition, we occasionally host off-campus trips such as attending the East Coast Asian American Student Union Conference (ECAASU), the Boston Asian American Student Intercollegiate Conference (BAASIC), and organize fun days in the Boston / Chinatown area.
