Day two is here! Make sure you get in your donations to help the UNH SML major!
Hello, UNH SML/Sport Studies Alumni,
As an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire, you might remember attending some of the biggest events the school had to offer in a sporting event, whether it be a tailgate, the homecoming football game, or the Whiteout at the Whitt hockey game. You might be a former athlete who participated in these games personally, delivered in front of the home crowd, and made your UNH classmates proud. We hope these were some of the best memories your lives have had to offer so far.
We approach you with this, the Kinesiology department plays a huge role in making these events what they are. Many student-athletes are studying under the Sport Management and Leadership major. Some of you may remember or even graduated from the Sports Studies major. Not only student-athletes but also production and event staff at these games are often students themselves trying to learn and break into the sport industry by making these UNH events special to attend and the atmosphere so unique.
You may remember the 603 Challenge from your time as a Wildcat. Please consider donating by going to their website, pitching in any kind of donation you may have, or simply sharing this post to get as many eyes as we can on this initiative. Our goal is to raise a total of $10,000 for the Kinesiology department and get future Wildcats the best resources to help them break into the competitive industry of sport. You can help by following the link below and making a pledge! We hope to see you take part. Thank you for reading, and as always, it’s a great day to be a Wildcat. You can donate at any time starting RIGHT NOW until FRIDAY! Please consider donating or sharing this post.
