UNH offers many ways to cope with the changes we are facing related to COVID-19. One is called WellTrack, which is a self-guided and interactive resource to support mental health and well-being. It is easy to use and free-of-charge to UNH students, faculty and staff (anyone with an unh.edu email address) and it provides help with anxiety, stress, and depression.
