Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared for testing as a Certified Production Technician, Manufacturing Logistics Technician, and CNC Operator — respected credentials in the manufacturing industry. The Certificate in Manufacturing & Production can be earned on the way to acquiring the Associate of Business Administration with a focus in Manufacturing Management. Technical Certificate

programs provide education in conceptual and technical skills for specific occupations. The program content is designed to develop competency in the comprehension of general and technical skills. Explore the Cutting Edge Field of Manufacturing

This program introduces concepts of production, logistics, and inventory control and their relationship to the local and global economy. To your advantage, you will learn the basic principles and practices that industry employers demand. With a strong focus on safety and quality, our coursework will provide you with the skill-set needed for a promising future in the industry. At Goodwin, our coursework is taught through a combination of hands-on interactive virtual computer simulation, group exercises, lectures, and off-site training on state of the art machinery. Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared for testing as a Certified Production Technician and Certified CNC Operator — respected credentials in the manufacturing industry. Along the way, you will also earn 18 college credits that can be applied to your continued education, including Associate and Bachelor’s degree programs at Goodwin College. This certificate program will include the following courses:

OS 101 Team Dynamics and Individual Skills
BMM 110 Technology in Advanced Manufacturing
BMM 172 CNC Machining
OS 210 Organizational Communications
BMM 135 Green Manufacturing OR
BMM 210 Lean Manufacturing Principles
