As the 2026 Commencement Student Speaker and AS Human Services graduate, Shatoya brought a message of resilience, advocacy, and purpose to this year’s graduating class. Alongside navigating her academic journey, she discovered a deeper passion for inclusive learning, mental health advocacy, and creating meaningful change in underserved communities.
