Spartan community.

As one of the largest self-operated university
foodservice systems in the nation, we pride ourselves in providing
culinary excellence. MSU Culinary Services oversees:

-Residential dining halls in each neighborhood, including the unique
allergen-free dining hall Thrive
-Sparty’s mini-market stores, which celebrated 30 years in 2021
-Sparty’s Market, an award-winning, urban market-style grocery


store at 1855 Place
-The Workshop at the STEM Teaching and Learning facility, a unique
location with historical integrity
-Two full-service Starbucks locations and a Proudly Serving CafΓ©
-Two food courts in the International Center and the MSU Union building
-Concessions at Spartan Stadium, Breslin Student Events Center,
Munn Ice Arena and the Agricultural Pavilion
-MSU Bakers, the on-campus bakery
-Spartan Linen Services, the on-campus laundry and uniform experts
-Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, the State Room Restaurant
and Kellogg Catering
-Sustainable food practices
-Contract management and procurement services at our on-campus Food Stores facility
