Summer Research Opportunities Program at Michigan State University More than a research experience, the SROP program is a gateway to graduate education at MSU.

The Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) is a gateway to graduate education at Michigan State University (MSU). The goal of the program is to increase the number of domestic undergraduate students who pursue graduate study and careers in teaching and research at colleges and universities. MSU SROP helps prepare undergraduate students for graduate study through intensive research experiences with faculty mentors and academic enrichment activities.

Job announcement: Now hiring: Assistant Professor or Practitioner in Residence of Business Administration at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA.

This full-time, 9-month faculty position begins August 17, 2026, within the Nolen School of Business & Professional Studies. Candidates should have an MBA or related degree and professional experience in accounting, with preference for CPA credentials and doctoral qualifications.

Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in accounting and finance, mentoring students, contributing to program development, and engaging in service and scholarship.
