It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Sister Clara Isabel Rodriguez-Quezada. Sister Clara Isabel “Erabella” Rodriguez-Quezada #54 joined the Tau Beta Chapter at California State University Long Beach as a member of the Lambda Ship in Fall 2008.

She was compassionate, loving, loyal, devoted to her family, and had a laugh that was truly unforgettable. She will be truly missed, but her spirit will forever resonate among those she knew.
The family is raising funds to cover medical and funeral expenses. They have created a GoFundMe account https://www.gofundme.com/542cz-in-memory-of-clara-isabel-quezada. They are also accepting donations via Venmo .

✨National Hispanic Heritage Month is from September 15th to October 15th✨
In the U.S. the month highlights and people recognize the contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the group's heritage and culture.
September 15th was chosen as the starting point for the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month because it is the anniversary of independence of five Latin American countries.
Happy Independence Day Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua! America would not be the same without the contributions of all the hard working individuals. Our sxsters, come from various backgrounds, and we celebrate the diversity of all our hermanxs across the nation. Also, don’t forget to join us for our GAMMA week starting tomorrow!
