In this session, we will present information about and examples of TESOL Quarterly’s new open scholarship guidelines including: detailed and transparent descriptions of research, materials sharing, data sharing, and preregistration. We will give examples of each of these procedures, explain which are required and which are encouraged, and discuss how following these guidelines can help you get your research published in applied linguistics journals.
Free and open to all, but registration is required. The session will include a 45-60 minute presentation with 30 minutes for questions and discussion.
