Mission:
Pi Kappa Alpha is dedicated to developing men of integrity, intellect, and high moral character throughout one's lifelong fraternal experience.
At Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE), rush is taken one step further. Our Fraternity views rush not as a means of acquiring the most men, but as a vehicle to actively and strategically recruit the "best" men on State's campus. We strive to advance the Iota Iota chapter and select only the most extraordinary gentlemen MSU has to offer. Through recruiting the most outstanding men, we enable ourselves to become the ideal fraternity.
The foundation of Pi Kappa Alpha rests upon four pillars that all PIKE embrace and hold dear: Scholars, Leaders, Athletes, and Gentlemen. Men of Pi Kappa Alpha embody each and every pillar. Through these pillars, we have built a heritage of excellence both nationally and locally, since our founding on Michigan State's campus in 1987.

Philanthropy:
- At the beginning of 2013 we initiated an annual philanthropy event: The Pike Fireman's Challenge. This event involves each sorority on campus, as they compete to raise money through different challenges and events throughout one week in the Fall. All proceeds of the Challenge are donated to the Taylor Trudeau Foundation which supports research for blood cancers. During the second annual Pike Firefighters Challenge, $3000 were raised. Our chapter hopes to continue the success of this event for many years to come.
- Raised over $3000 in 2016 for the Flint water crisis. Worked with sororities on campus in raising funds for the cause. Used social media as a tool to promote the fundraising efforts.
