MSU's Food Science Food Product Development Team takes first place in the IFTSA's M & M Mars Food Product Development National Competition tonight, June 4, 2019 , in New Orleans! Congratulations to Co-leaders ( left to right) Kaylan Hayman (BS), Ran Tao (MS), and Karl Seiwert (MS). Their Faculty Advisor is Dr. Sungeun Cho, and their Grad Student Advisor is Edward Szczygiel (PhD)! The product is TryDough! Stay tuned!
