It is with heavy hearts that Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® honors the life and legacy of our beloved sister, Cassandra Wilson, who transitioned peacefully on September 2, 2026, at the age of 70, surrounded by family and friends in her hometown of Jackson, Mississippi.

We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and the entire Beta Delta Omega Chapter as we celebrate a life beautifully and boldly lived.

Special thanks to Kappa Theta Omega member, TaChà Marine 💗💚 for supporting the Pearls of the Eastern Shore Crab Feast and also, sharing her beautiful, bling business with our community.
