This Tuesday ESM will be holding our first event for our Eco-Therapy Series. Painting day is a day for us to detach from the screens and destress. While letting our creative side out. Stop by the campus mall from 2-3:30pm to paint a pot,canvas, or rocks. Leave refreshed and distressed, also don't forget to get your free plant!!! 🌱😊

We are very excited to announce that our Event Series is a week away and we can't wait for you all to join us! ESM created the Eco-Therapy Event series to help students prioritize their well-being while learning about the benefits of time being spent in nature. Arbor Day Event!!
Thank you S.O.S for asking ESM to be part of this event! We had a blast planting trees. We planted 3 sugar maple trees, and 2 blue beech trees around HASS Fine Arts Center.
Another thank you to the groundskeepers/facilities for helping with this event; and for the cookies! They were so yummy, you guys are amazing

For Latinx Heritage Month, ESM is celebrating by highlighting some important figures within Latinx history! Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are now.
We hope some of this information inspires you and that you see yourselves within these individuals and groups. You are incredibly capable of making a difference in any area you see fit- tap into your potential!
Get out and celebrate the last half of this heritage month intentionally by learning and honoring the stories of others while also having fun within your communities!
