We at the BSA enjoyed everyone's participation as we celebrated our Mexican-American traditions through our Mole Contest earlier this month. Here are some photos of the event taken by our newest staff member, Rocío Díaz. We want to thank the three celebrity chefs who judged the competition: Nadia Casaperalta (Salt), Adam Cavazos (Bodega), and Dennis Gonzalez (El Patio), for their expertise and their awesome engagement with the crowd. Also, we would like to thank and congratulate everyone who competed. You were all committed and are great representatives of our culture and traditions through your superb cooking. We also want to congratulate the three winners: María Gonzalez (1st place), Angelica Vasquez de Ruiz (2nd place), and LLuvia Escalante (3rd Place).
Thanks to everyone who attended for making this event possible. We hope to see you all during our contest next year!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
