The annual ENGL graduation celebration, sponsored by the LCS, WLS, and CW departments was held on Friday, May 8th! Graduates from all concentrations in the ENGL BA and MA programs, as well as outstanding graduates, celebrated with family, friends, and faculty. Congratulations to all our graduates—we are so proud of you!

The first-ever graduation ceremony for ENGL graduates on the Brownsville campus was held on Thursday, May 7th! Sponsored by the departments of Literatures & Cultural Studies, Writing and Language Studies, and Creative Writing, we celebrated achievements and enjoyed fellowship together. Congratulations graduates!

A reminder that the UTRGV Sigma Tau Delta Chapter will be hosting a poetry reading with Max Tyrone Lozano! The first 10 LCS students to speak to Sigma Tau Delta officers at the reading will get a FIVE DOLLAR credit toward coffee at the coffee shop.
