Sigma Kappa Sorority was founded November 9, 1874 at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

We currently have over 156,000 members. We have over 110 collegiate chapters and colonies and more than 120 alumnae chapters. Quick facts about Sigma Kappa:

Senior Spotlight
Our sweet Baylee Bradford would have been celebrating her senior year, a season full of moments she deserved so deeply. While she isn’t here for it, her presence is still felt in every space she once filled. Today, we honor the life she lived, the love she gave, and the impact that continues to carry on through all of us. Forever a part of this story, forever loved!

Lauren Guthrie

Being in Sigma Kappa over the past four years has truly been the most rewarding and significant experience of my life! This sisterhood has built me up, offered me a home away from home, and has given me the best of friends and the silliest memories. A few of my favorite memories are big little, winning cheer and dance, pranking, and living in house! I’ll always look back at these years spent in sig kap with the utmost gratitude!
My plans after this semester are to student teach in first grade, graduate in December, and then begin teaching!

🔦SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🔦
Allison Cusimano
After graduation, I will continue my education in an M.A. program this fall, and I hope to work in higher education or in the non-profit sector! Sigma Kappa has offered me the most outstanding experiences throughout my college career. To name a few of my favorites would be Big/Little, recruitment, pranking, and late-night talks on the porch, hallway, or in the living room. Closing this chapter of my life is so bittersweet, but knowing that I’m walking away with the greatest experiences, sweetest memories, and life-long best friends is the greatest gift I coud’ve asked for.
