Well the spring semester has been "full speed ahead" and its time to get together for our spring meeting. Keep in mind that you do not need to be a sculpture student to join SAW.

The first meeting will be next Friday at noon in the sculpture lab. If you cannot make it but would still like to get involved then email [email protected]. you can also "like" this page for member updates and events

A student whose sculpture was destroyed by vandals has restored her project just in time for Friday’s Sculpture on Campus Walk.

The Sculpture on Campus walk went well. The band was great, as was the food. Thanks to Jesús Moroles, our guest artist, professor Duhigg, Friends of Art SIUE, All the Sculptors At Wagner (SAW) members and everyone else who helped make all this happen.

Here are the award results:

First place- Jef Franklin
Second place- Bryon Hartley
Third place- Danne Rhaesa
The Nathan Miller Award went to Amanda Arnett

We can only hope that next years event is as competitive, everyone's work was fantastic.
