That's me sitting at a table for Butler college students to sign up for activity groups. I'm here for the group Butler Veterans Across Campus. I really want to change the name to let everyone know that the group is open to not only veterans but family and friends of veterans.
I've gotten nine people introduced in the group so far since school started. I offered a school supply kit shown in the picture for those that did sign up. The winner will be announced at the Patriot day ceremony on the 12th of September.

Here is another local one that assists wounded veterans. Please like and help out if you are interested.

The Kansas Wounded Vet Run is an annual motorcycle ride to raise funds for a wounded Veteran.

I lost my brother to PTSD due to the war and now help other Veterans.
I'm trying to raise funds for a Kansas Vietnam Vet, Fred Heim of Hill City, Kansas and would greatly appreciate you spreading the word. His daughter lives in Wichita, and VFW Post 256 has been helping her raise the funds but she is $400 short of the money needed to get her dad cremated and returned home to her.
