Here’s a sneak peek of our Senior Dental Hygiene students reviewing, preparing, and getting ready to welcome patients back into the clinic!

We’re ready for you! 🪥💜 Come see us this semester for comprehensive dental hygiene care.

✨ Our students provide care under faculty supervision, following high standards of patient care while using advanced dental hygiene technology and equipment.

🦷 Comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care is available for a one time $20 fee. Your care may require multiple appointments to complete and includes assessments and preventive services based on your individual needs.

📅 Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays this semester.

Today marks an exciting milestone for the EPCC Dental Hygiene Program! 🎉

Our students have successfully completed the program’s very first Local Anesthetic course since Texas expanded the dental hygiene scope of practice to include supraperiosteal (infiltration) local anesthesia.

This achievement represents more than learning a new clinical skill. It prepares our graduates to provide more comfortable, efficient, and patient centered care while entering the workforce with enhanced clinical competence and confidence.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, collaboration, and dedication of our students, faculty and staff who helped make this possible. We are proud to continue advancing dental hygiene education and excited to educate our students at the highest level of our current scope of practice, always with patient safety, evidence based care, and professionalism at the forefront.

Celebrating our 51st graduating class, the Class of 2026 with 22 graduates and a 100% clinical pass rate. Their dedication, resilience, and commitment to patient care have brought them to this moment, and we are incredibly proud 🎓🥹

Welcoming the Class of 2028 🦷✨

This new cohort of 24 dental hygiene students had a full day of orientation, learning, and new beginnings. Our soon to be seniors hosted a beautiful welcome luncheon to support and connect with the incoming junior class. That sense of community and mentorship is what makes this program so special 💜

Thank you to our faculty, staff, guest speakers, senior and junior dental hygiene students, and graduates for making today so positive, meaningful, and truly amazing.
