🌴 Step Into Your Well-Being Getaway! 🌴

The Wellness Program invites faculty and staff to participate in the UT Living Well “Well-Being Getaway Week,” beginning June 1 through the Living Well platform (Limeade).

This weeklong experience is designed to support your overall well-being with engaging daily activities focused on your physical, emotional, financial, and social health.

Here’s what to expect:

✔ Two activities each day
✔ Earn 50 points per activity
✔ Gain up to 500 points throughout the week

As you participate, you will earn points, and progress through the Living Well levels.

The more points you earn, the more you’ll grow and make you eligible for a quarterly prize random drawing by UTEP Wellness Program!

UTEP Wellness invites faculty and staff to join an upcoming Virtual Wellness Session: Mental Health & Self-Care—a one-hour session designed to help you better understand and manage everyday stress while building resilience.
