🎉 Congratulations to our former student, Zachary A. Chanoi! 🎉

Zachary has been recognized with the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the Miguel A. Loya College of Engineering 👏

His dissertation, “Microwave-assisted pyrolysis of hydrocarbons using iron-based alumina catalysts obtained via solution combustion synthesis,” highlights impactful research in advanced materials and energy processes 🔬

Zachary is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and was honored at the recent Honors Convocation.
