UNIV Peer Leaders at UTEP UNIV Peer Leaders are a group of talented undergraduate student leaders who work along side Faculty in the UNIV 1301 and 2350 courses.

Peer Leaders are mentors and role models dedicated to helping new UTEP students transition into the University. The Entering Student Program (ESP) assists our diverse student population with transitioning into the university environment. The ESP helps students adapt to university life, gain familiarity with campus resources, and establish invaluable connections within the university community. By providing innovative instruction and guidance, the ESP supports students' development of academic and professional success skills to become critical thinkers and independent learners.
