Nearly 95% of nursing graduates at all degree levels remain and work in the state one year after graduation, and over 87% still live and work in OK years after graduation. ⁠
⁠
At Redlands, nursing graduates also have an 85% employment rate within eight months after graduation. Students have the opportunity to go straight into the workforce as an RN or continue on to achieve a BSN from a four-year institution.
