ECTC Workforce Solutions is offering a real estate pre-licensing course starting October 13 that will meet Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays until approximately December 15 at our Etown campus. After completion of this course, students will be prepared to take the state and federal real estate exam to become a real estate salesperson. Pre-licensing classes require at least 96 hours of instruction. This course covers topics mandated by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, such as real estate principles, contracts, financing, agency relationships and property management. You will also learn about fair housing, ethics and practical business skills to prepare for the licensing exam.The cost is $1,050 per student and includes books, background check and testing.
