For any UMA Ellsworth Center students interested in a career as a Doctor of Chiropractic, UMA will be hosting a Chiropractic Medicine Info Session on Wednesday, September 30, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. You can attend in person on the Augusta campus or virtually via Zoom.

Our Wellness Space is coming along nicely! We had our new-to-us elliptical and treadmill delivered on Tuesday! The treadmill isn't quite ready to go yet while we wait on a new power cord, but everything else is open and ready for you to use. If you need a quiet place to study, come on into the UMA Ellsworth Center! We have computers and snacks courtesy of our student association! Want to Zoom in to class but things are crazy at home? We have classrooms with Zoom capability that you are welcome to use!

Facing food insecurity? Mini Skellsworth has you covered!
Stop by the Center to pick up a free meal kit! Each bag comes packed with ingredients for 1–2 complete meals, plus the recipe and full ingredient list printed right on the front.

Pick-up Location: The Center Food Pantry to the right of the lobby just past the office on the left.

What you'll need at home: A can opener and basic cooking pots/pans/utensils

Please spread the word to any students who might need an extra hand this week!

Welcome back to our UMA Ellsworth Center Students and a Warm Welcome to those new to the Center! Just as a reminder we have a Wellness Space to do some stretching or some exercising, a lounge where you can meet up with your fellow students to study or relax between classes! Have a Great Semester!

Mini Skellsworth had an absolute blast on his recent field trip with Center Director Lori Googins! His travels took him to the UMA S**o Center and the Academic and Career Advising office on the Augusta Campus.

Along with meeting wonderful staff, Mini checked out some fantastic campus swag—and developed a serious case of swag envy (he's especially fond of the moose in a canoe!).

A huge thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy day to say hello and make Mini feel so welcome!

Tune in for practical tips on balancing academics with household chaos, personal stories from the trenches, and expert guest advice. Airing on WUMA Internet Radio starting tonight at 8pm! It will also run Monday at noon, Tuesday at 9am, Wednesday at 5pm, Thursday 8pm, Friday 11 am, Saturday 11am and Sunday at 11am.
