Today, we celebrated an amazing year with our Elmhurst Dining Services team at our Employee Appreciation BBQ ☀️🌭🎶

From great food and patio fun to music, giveaways, and time spent with family and friends, it was a day to celebrate the people who make everything we do possible.

We love serving our students and campus community, and we’re so thankful for the hardworking team behind every meal, event, and dining experience throughout the year. Here’s to another great year ahead! 💙

Spring Semester is officially a wrap ☀️

Bluejays, what a year it’s been. It’s been an honor serving you, celebrating with you, and creating experiences that brought campus dining to life.

From high-energy themed dining events and interactive pop-ups, to student-driven activations, giveaways, live DJ nights, supper clubs, and special influencer collaborations, we loved every chance to turn everyday meals into something memorable and engaging.

Thank you for showing up, participating, and bringing your authentic energy all semester long. Most importantly… thank you for always coming hungry!

This week at Elmhurst Dining was packed with fun, food, and end-of-semester energy 🌟📚

Tuesday’s Spring Farmers Market brought all the vibes to the Frick Center Patio 💚From grill favorites and sweet treats to refreshing drinks and fun snacks, it was the perfect way to celebrate spring on campus with friends before finals season kicks in. Huge thank you to Midwest Foods and Foodville for helping make the event such a huge success!

Then on Thursday, students stopped by our Feel Good Foods: Radishes event with Registered Dietitian, Lisa Carlson. 🥗✨ We played some jeopardy, gave away swag, talked healthy eating, and sampled tasty snacks like pickled radishes and radish crostinis.

A special shoutout to our seniors soaking in these final weeks on campus 💙 We love celebrating your hard work, memories, and accomplishments with you as the academic year comes to a close!
