I really wanted to grow my circle with like-minded strong women. I have three brothers and was always looking for sisterhood in my life. Kappas gave me a space to grow with people who never made me feel anything less than a blood sister to them. It also gave me a space on campus to grow and feel deeply rooted in my culture. Coming to a PWI was an extreme culture shock but Kappas quickly became my safe space. I never felt called to join a sorority, but KPL held all of the values I already wanted to uphold in my life.

I would love for my sisters and I to go to Naboo, the most beautiful planet out of any universe. Might take us a couple thousand light years to get there, but it would be so worth it.

After learning about a sorority that was built around cultural diversity I was determined to hear more about it. I ended up meeting sxsters who helped me find my place and people on campus. Joining Kappas really helped me grow into the person I am today. A stronger leader, confident speaker, and an advocate for others. Shoutout to Suckerfree fam for being the best lineage and people out there!!
