Elon University Department of English

Elon University Department of English English majors choose concentrations in Literature, Creative Writing, Teacher Licensure, and Special Education Teacher Licensure.

The Elon University Department of English is comprised of the following majors: The Professional Writing and Rhetoric Major (PWR), the English Major, and the Self-Designed Major. Students can double major in PWR and English. The English Department offers minors in Literature and Creative Writing and interdisciplinary minors in Professional Writing Studies and Multi-Media Authoring. To learn more, check out our website:
