Elon's LEGO®-themed Family Weekend 2026 will feature a special connection to one of our incredible Elon students—Henry Ginsburg '28!

Henry, a junior economics and entrepreneurship double major from Pittsburg, PA, has built his business, Blueprint Bricks, around transforming photographs of homes and other buildings into custom LEGO® kits.

Henry's work will be featured throughout Family Weekend! Limited-edition Elon "E" LEGO® kits are available to purchase upon registering for Family Weekend. The kit features 175 pieces, and the final product stands freely at 5.5" tall. A portion of each sale goes to support Elon's Greatest Needs! Families will also be able to see LEGO® models of the Alamance building when checking in at McKinnon Hall. The fun continues at our Phoenix Fan Fest Tailgate where attendees can participate in building an Elon-themed LEGO® mosaic and even meet Henry!

“I think Family Weekend is a really important part of the Elon experience,” Henry remarked. “Getting to be a part of it is such a privilege.”

Today is Org Fair Day!!! Remind your students to swing by the Fall 2026 Organization Fair today (Sept. 2) from 6-8 p.m. on Young Commons. Most student organizations are actively seeking new members and are very eager to explain their activities and purpose! It is a great opportunity to explore some of the clubs and organizations at Elon!

Remind your student to go to the Fall Student Employment Fair on Thursday, Sept. 3 from 3-5 pm in Alumni Gym!

This event connects campus departments with students seeking meaningful on-campus employment opportunities. Hiring supervisors are invited to discuss available positions, engage with prospective student employees and recruit talented students who can contribute to your team throughout the academic year.
