I have had the pleasure of working with both home buyers and sellers in the ever-changing San Diego County real estate market. I grew up in North County, attended Torrey Pines High School and graduated from San Diego State University with a BA degree in Communications. My wife, Jennifer and I have made Encinitas our home where we are raising our two boys, JJ and Luke. I have been providing real e

state sales and listing services to clients both local and from around the globe. My no-nonsense approach begins with listening to my clients and focusing in on their needs. I know the community well and pride myself in matching people and properties. I also love to draw people into enjoying all that San Diego has to offer and can often be found guiding my clients to special locations, restaurants, beaches, music venues and sporting events. Sharing my enthusiasm for living here and the ensuing connections with clients and friends is extremely satisfying. Over the years I have developed and maintained a reputation for integrity, service and commitment. I pride myself in always putting my clients needs first. A large percentage of my business comes by way of referral from past clients. I love what I do and I want to keep the integrity of the community I live in.
