If you are a registered student at Northern New Mexico College, our Counseling and Student Support Center (CASSC) offers individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, and referral services to all enrolled NNMC students.

Assistance through CASSSC is confidential and FREE of charge. No record of counseling is contained in any academic, educational, or job placement file.

In addition to offering students help through counseling services, CASSC aims to address socio-economic stressors through connecting students with various community resources, programs, and agencies.

Workshop: 10:00am • In-Person Lunch: 11:30am

Attendees are invited to learn how to personally prepare yourself and loved ones for emergencies you may encounter. Having the skills and knowledge necessary on how to prepare for such situations can reduce stress and anxiety during these time periods. Participants will be provided with resources, learn how to prepare a “to go bag” and other skills for their safety and success during an emergency.

In-person attendance is encouraged. Open to students, staff and faculty.
