University of Oregon EMU Guest Services Located on the ground level of the Erb Memorial Union (EMU) in the Oregon Plaza, the heart of campus

The University Of Oregon EMU Guest Services provides a wide variety of services to all guests who enter the EMU. Guest services staff provide enthusiastic customer service such as, greeting guests as they enter the building, answering questions, giving directions, informing guests about the various services the EMU and campus has to offer, and exchanging cash for quarters for the parking meters.

The O desk is also home to the EMU lost and found and the key checkout center for most student organizations housed within the EMU.
