Another school year in the books and another great bunch of culinarians just graduated and entered the workforce! The culinary arts and baking & pastry arts classes were full and both had a waiting list to get in all year. I have a lot of pictures to upload for the year in review, so get ready for a few posts.

Autumn is out there building a name for herself! Can't even imagine what the future will look like for her!

Autumn Arch is lead line cook at 1921 Mount Dora and hopes to own her own restaurant in the future.

The culinary staff and students enjoyed a well-deserved break today at the Ice 🧊 presentation at the Ga***rd Palms resort in Orlando. I think we will be carving some ourselves soon.
