The purpose of this Brotherhood, a Service/Social Fraternity dedicated to the needs and concerns of the community, is and shall be to promote and maintain the traditional values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity,

and Leadership. This Brotherhood was founded in order to provide, to ANY man, a diverse fraternal experience which coincides with a higher education.

National History

In the fall of 1987, seven distinct Men of Vision, Joe Cereceres, Eugene Dominguez, Arturo Barraza, Juan Barraza, Tommy Hurtado, Chris Forbes, and Elliot Bazaan came together at Texas Tech University to form a Brotherhood. We must work to form an organization which not only challenges the traditional perception of fraternities, but also deals with the issues of culture and race in a completely new perspective. Thinking out of the box is no longer an acceptable plateau; the box must now be removed completely.

Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. Alpha Alpha Chapter History

On November 25th, 1997 - 10 years after Omega Delta Phi was founded at Texas Tech University, five Men of Vision founded the Alpha Alpha Chapter at Northwestern University. Those men are:

-Alejandro Anaya
-Eduardo Encinas
-Jose Luz Frausto
-Alejandro Jovel
-Sunny Reyna

Thanks to the hard work of these gentlemen, the Chapter of Alpha Alpha enjoys a rich tradition of service, brotherhood, and social experiences. Their sacrifices have molded over a decade of gentlemen and will continue to enlighten the Northwestern campus for years to come.

Denim Day comes from an Italian sexual assult case where the judge ruled in favor of the defendant because the plaintiff wore "tight denim jeans." In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Week, the Alpha Alpha chapter of Omega Delta Phi and prospective members wear jeans to demonstrate the support of SAAW.
