EvCC will test our emergency alert system at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 15.

You will receive a test message via email, via text (for those who have signed up for text alerts), and see test messages on EvCC's website and social media. The message will say that this is a test of EvCC's emergency alert system.

If you are at an EvCC location, we will also be testing the InformaCast Broadcasting system and you may hear audio alerts and beeps and see desktop phone text scrolling notifications.

If you are planning to attend college between Summer 2024 and Spring 2025, you should be aware of changes to the federal financial aid system and what you need to know to apply for financial aid for college. https://bit.ly/2024FINAID

Because of these changes, students should apply now to have the best chance of receiving funds. The summer priority date is April 26, and the fall priority date is June 7. We recommend students file their FAFSA or WASFA two weeks before the priority date in case they need to fix errors or submit additional information.
