Everett University Center

Everett University Center The mission of the Everett University Center is to bring high demand academic offerings - focusing on STEM disciplines - to North Puget Sound.

The Everett University Center is an innovative model for higher education. EUC consists of Washington State University, University of Washington - Bothell, Western Washington University, Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, The Evergreen State College, and Hope International. You can fulfill the general education requirements by taking your first two years of courses at an

y community college, then finish your degree by enrolling in any one of the EUC's consortium institutions. And the best part? You can stay right in Everett, and earn your college degree right here at home. That's right: the EUC is closer than you think! The EUC is a product of 1997 state legislation that formed the North Snohomish-Island-Skagit (NSIS) Consortium of higher education institutions to create a flexible and innovative means for expanding higher education opportunities for residents of the three counties. WSU is now managing the EUC, working in partnership with our sister institutions, all committed to providing quality education, exceptional service, and superior learning experiences for our students. The EUC consortium institutions remain dedicated to providing opportunities for place-bound North Puget Sound residents whose work and family commitments preclude travel to a distant university. Instruction is delivered in various formats including web-based distance education, two-way interactive video, technology supported classrooms and combinations of these.
