Delta Sigma Pi is an international, co-ed fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities

Delta Sigma Pi was founded in 1907 at New York University: School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance by Harold Valentine Jacobs, Alexander Frank Makay, Alfred Moysello, and Henry Albert Tienken. Today, coast to coast, more than 260 chapters and over 220,000 members support the goals and ideals of the Fraternity.

🌟 Senior Spotlight 🌟

Our next senior spotlight is Juan Carmona! Juan is an Accounting major. He just finished an internship at the Securities & Exchange Commission where he worked as a Business Scholars Intern out of the office of the Chief Accountant. After graduation, Juan will be working at J.P. Morgan in the Jersey City office as an internal audit analyst.

Juan’s favorite memory of DSP is big/little and getting to know his pledge brothers! DSP has helped him grow professionally by giving him more confidence to put himself out there and has shown him the importance of networking.

Juan’s advice to students in the School of Business is to put yourself out of your comfort zone and get yourself out there because you never know what opportunities will open up!

🌟Senior Spotlight 🌟

Our next senior spotlight is Jerry Lin! Jerry is a Finance major with an IST minor. He currently works at SEC and after graduation he plans to move to a metropolitan area.

Jerry’s favorite memory of DSP is going on hot girl walks with his friends. He has been able to grow professionally by establishing his voice and becoming more confident with public speaking.

Jerry’s advice to students in the School of Business is to step out of your comfort zone during your time at TCNJ. This will allow you to meet different people and have a fun college experience!

🌎 Study Abroad Spotlight 🌎

Our next study abroad spotlight is Matt Giannella! Matt is a senior Management major and is currently studying in Madrid, Spain.

Matt decided to go abroad because he is pursuing a Spanish minor and wants to practice the language as much as possible. For years, it has been a dream of his to study in Spain.

Matt’s advice is to definitely study abroad if you have the chance! Don’t be afraid of culture shock or missing a semester on campus. You will take the memories from this experience with you forever!

📝 LEAD School 📝

This past weekend our brothers went to Washington DC for DSP’s LEAD School. It was an amazing opportunity to network and meet brothers from different states, all while learning how to improve the chapter as a whole. After the conference, brothers had a great time exploring the city!

🥳 Brother of the Month 🥳

Our Brother of the Month for October is Vishnu Muniappan! Vishnu is a Finance major with a minor in IST. He is also our Vice President of Pledge Education.

Vishnu currently works at Merrill Lynch and a fun fact about him is he loves pickle ball!

🌎 Study Abroad Spotlight 🌎

Our first study abroad spotlight is Olivia DiGiorgio! She is a senior Marketing major with an Environmental Studies minor. Olivia is currently studying abroad in London England, which is one of the best decisions she’s ever made!

Olivia decided to study abroad because she loves to travel and and learn about different cultures. She also believes that you have to leave your comfort zone in order to grow. Her advice is to definitely go abroad if you have the opportunity to do so!

We miss you Olivia, and hope you’re having an amazing time!

🌟 Senior Spotlight 🌟

Our next senior spotlight is Jaclyn Carifi! Jaclyn is an Accounting major with minors in IST and Economics. After graduation she will be working at Deloitte out of their Morristown office.

Jaclyn is currently working for Event Staff at TCNJ and is a member of the club softball team. Her favorite memory of DSP is getting Ang as her big and Salini as her little! DSP has helped Jaclyn grow professionally by providing her with guidance for the job application process and crafting a resume. Additionally, she loves having a brother in every class to help with studying and group projects.

Jaclyn’s advice to students in the School of Business is to work hard, get involved early on, and don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone!
