Chi Kappa loves to showcase our opportunities to grow your leadership skills within our chapter! Today’s Cardinal Cabinet Spotlight is Rachel, our current Director of Campus Activities:
“I’ve been in Chi Omega for the past two years, and it’s been one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience. During my time in Chi O, I have had many opportunities to dabble in leadership. Whether someone is actively seeking leadership or just wants to get more involved, there are so many ways to contribute. I’ve served as COB Chair, been part of the marketing team where I created TikToks for recruitment, worked as a New Member Education Assistant, and now serve as Director of Campus Activities on our Cardinal Cabinet.
Through these roles, I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve learned how to lean into my strengths, adapt to new challenges, and grow in unfamiliar situations. Leadership has also given me the chance to help shape the chapter in positive ways, from creating new ideas to increase sisterhood involvement to encouraging engagement across campus.”
