"When joining ZTA, I wasn’t very knowledgeable on Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. Yet when getting involved and learning about our philanthropy, I absolutely fell in love. Going to events and meeting people who have been affected by breast cancer has been a life changing experience. Knowing that you’re supporting a cause is one thing, but being able to see and meet the people you are supporting and helping is what really changes your perspective. I am so blessed and honored to help support such an amazing cause, especially when it’s with amazing girls that I love.

“Zeta Tau Alphas philanthropy has always held a strong place in my heart. Breast cancer affects thousands of women every year, and it’s heartbreaking to see those numbers rise. However, by participating in philanthropy events such as Crucial Catch, Making Strides, Think Pink week, and more, Zeta gives me hope for the affected women as well as a sense of purpose when I see the money we raise to support the cause and the memories we make with our sisters🩷"

Our philanthropy is so rewarding because we get to see the love and dedication people outside of our organization show towards it. As simple as it may seem, one of our favorite things to see is a pink ribbon on people’s backpacks in support of our cause to raise awareness. It truly means so much to us as we strive to make 1 in 8, none in 8🩷"
