Juliana Elloian ’27, a finance and economics double major, spent the summer as a Product Management Development Program (PMDP) Intern at Travelers Insurance, where she gained field experience in product management and the insurance industry. Working with the Small Commercial Select Pacific West team, Juliana explored different areas of the business while developing skills in strategy, collaboration, and product management.

Fairfield University's Master of Business Administration (MBA) provided Evan Mansfield MBA'25 an opportunity to expand his business knowledge while building on his background in accounting and finance. As a 2024 Conlisk Scholar, Evan was able to pursue his MBA through a scholarship supporting Irish business students studying at Fairfield.

Connecting with fellow Fairfield Dolan 30 Under 30 honoree Whitney McVeagh ’25 opened the door to mentorship and career advice for Marina Chiaro ’26. Through their shared Fairfield experience, Marina found a fellow Stag she could turn to for guidance.

For Sofia Farmer ’27, this summer was all about putting her skills into action as a Community Management Intern at E.L.F. BEAUTY. A digital & social media marketing major at Fairfield Dolan, Sofia gained experience managing online communities, hosting events, and building connections with consumers. She was also a top-three finalist for her Capstone Project, “Accessibility, the e.l.f. Way,” where her team presented recommendations for making beauty more accessible to neurodivergent consumers.

Kevin Hanson '27, management & business analytics major, spent his summer interning with Mastercard in New York City on the CA&E Commercialization team. 💳 💼

Throughout the internship, Kevin learned how Mastercard approaches AI and innovation, visited the company's Purchase headquarters, and gave back to the community by assembling back-to-school bags for Lifting Up Westchester. He also connected with fellow interns, heard from senior leaders, and collaborated with teams across sales, product, engineering, and delivery throughout the summer.

Fairfield Dolan student Kacie Benn ’27 spent her summer gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 💊

Kacie, a marketing major and member of the Fairfield University Women's Soccer team, worked as a Patient Access Services Intern at Alkermes, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, patient support, and access to care. Her internship strengthened her passion for the pharmaceutical industry and marketing as she heads into her senior year at Fairfield University.
