This week, we're proud to spotlight Cheryl Carter-Smith, a Bristol Community College alumna who graduated in December and continues to be an active and valued member of the Beta Eta Phi family. 💕
Although Cheryl has completed her studies at BCC, her dedication to Phi Theta Kappa has not ended. She remains actively involved with our chapter, continues to support our members, and even traveled with us to Catalyst, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to leadership, service, and fellowship. ✨
"I joined PTK because the 4 Pillars, scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship resonated with me. The friends I’ve made are like family. We come from diverse backgrounds, and each of us has opportunities to use our individual experiences and strengths to lead. We learn about the challenges in our community, and we come together to find solutions to those challenges. My hope is to continue to make a difference. I see my role as an alumnus, more as nurturer, helping new members find their strengths. I want to continue to be a part of this amazing group that is working to make the world a better place."
