Yoga is back Tuesday & Thursday evenings at the HHPC! 🧘‍♀

Starting TONIGHT, September 1, join us on your mat at 7:00 PM.

Tuesdays | Vinyasa Yoga
Thursdays | Restorative Yoga

Today also marks the beginning of the last quarter of 2026. Maybe your goal for the rest of the year doesn’t need to be about doing more. Maybe it’s making a little more space for yourself.

An hour on your mat, to move, breathe, slow down, or simply take care of yourself, might be a pretty good place to start.

We hope you’ll join us.
