MEC Member Sana Cotten is keeping it real (and will make you laugh a little too 😄) as she shares why men need to be part of the menopause conversation.

The Men of Pause event is a space for men to learn, ask questions, gain understanding, and better support the people they love. And yes, women are welcome to attend! But we encourage you to bring the men in your life who need to hear this conversation.

Bring your husband. Bring your partner. Bring your brother. Bring your dad. Bring your friend.

Menopause is not just a women’s issue.

It’s a relationship issue, a family issue, and a community conversation.

She may be tired. Hot. Anxious. Not sleeping. Not feeling like herself.

And she may not have the words or the support she needs.

Menopause affects relationships, families, and households. Not just women.

Men: This conversation is for you. Whether you are a husband, partner, father, brother, son, friend, coworker, or community leader, Men of Pause is a welcoming space to learn what the women in your life may be experiencing and how to offer better support.

Women: If there is a man in your life who cares about you, supports you, works alongside you, or wants to better understand menopause and midlife health, invite him to join us.

No prior knowledge is needed. No shame. Just curiosity, conversation, and community.

Join us for a brunch, a screening of The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, and a guided conversation about menopause, relationships, support, and midlife health.
