About us
The Stress and Sleep Research Lab is a part of the Department of Psychological Sciences at the University of Arkansas. The focus of our research, broadly speaking, is on the psychoneuroendocrinology of insomnia and depression. We are interested in the biopsychosocial factors that contribute to the development and maintenance of these disorders, with the goal of identifying clinically useful markers that may inform future treatment and prevention efforts. More specifically, we are interested in learning more about how psychological and biological responses to stress are related to risk and resilience.
