Thank you to our Monarch Movers, volunteers from our partner churches, who offered God's love, smiling faces, and a little muscle to our new students on move-in day! We had 51 volunteers, a record in the last 10 year history! We didn't get photos of everyone, but a shout out to Crossroads United Methodist Church, Cedar Falls Baptist Church, Saint Andrews, United Methodist Church, Salem Methodist Church, Black's Chapel Methodist Church, the Life Center Of Fayetteville, Christ Cathedral, Harvest Family Church, and Covenant Love. Thank you for caring for our students!

Move-In Day is almost here, and our Monarch Movers are ready to welcome you!

These wonderful volunteers from our local partner churches, faculty, and staff show up with smiling faces, helping hands, and plenty of joy to help our newest Monarchs get settled into their new home.

🌱 Growing food. Growing community. Growing together.

The Lion’s Share Community Garden is planted, tended, and harvested by our students, providing fresh produce for our food pantry while offering a place to work together, slow down, and experience the joy of watching something grow.

And our community keeps sharing the harvest! Today, a faculty brought fresh eggs, sourdough bread, and honey. 🍞🍯for the Lion's Share Campus Food Pantry🥚 Even the broccoli has a special MU connection; it was grown from seeds donated by a member of our Board of Trustees.

This is what community looks like: planting, tending, sharing, and making sure there is enough at the table for everyone. 💚🌱
