This past weekend, we had 5 amazing members represent the Epsilon chapter at the ZTA convention held in Grapevine, Texas! It was so great to be able to attend such an important event and meet our sisters from all across the US! We are overcome with joy to announce that our chapter brought home the Helen Margaret Harrison Award. This award is for the highest achieving ZTA chapter in the NATION! Here’s what our amazing President, Lauren Randall has to say about her time there ..

“Attending the ZTA Convention this week was such a special opportunity! Being able to experience sisterhood that goes beyond 530 Oakland Ave. and extend all over the world is an incredible feeling! Every moment shared this week will be Zeta memories that I will keep forever. Not only was it such a special week but such a special honor to be given an award for being the highest achieving ZTA chapter in the nation, the Helen Margaret Harrison Award. I am so proud of our chapter for their dedication to our campus, ZTA, and Breast Cancer Education and Awareness! I am very lucky to be apart of such an amazing organization. The consistent love and support is inspiring and unwavering. Leaving the convention I am filled with joy, excitement, and Love “The Greatest of All Things!“ 🤍

“Being apart of something like Zeta is something I’ll be forever thankful for. During recruitment I fell in love with the passion I saw in Zeta. There was so much kindness and capacity for love from every girl I talked to. Every day of recruitment I was so eager and hopeful to get the opportunity to talk to these women again!! Moving on to bid day, I knew this love was forever!!! The happiness I felt on this day is unmatched and is a memory I’ll always hold close to my heart. What I love most about Zeta is the sense of community here. I’m so thankful for every woman I’ve met here at Epsilon because they are all truly exceptional!! I know that no matter what these girls are gonna have my back and be there when I need them most. I don’t think there’s a better feeling than this💘💘”

This Monday we are featuring Thea Norcross, our Risk Reduction and Education Chair! Thea is from Harrison, AR and is majoring in political science! A about Thea is that she loves to play golf and is an All-State Golfer! Keep reading to see why she loves her position on exec and her fav Zeta memory! 💖💖💖

“I serve on Epsilon’s Executive Council as the Risk Reduction and Education chair and I truly could not love it more! My position primarily focuses on keeping the members of our chapter safe, happy, heard, and informed. I conduct chapter-wide trainings and meet with our members individually to help them reach their goals! I love that our chapter not only wants our members to survive but to THRIVE!!! This position has allowed me to create meaningful and lasting friendships with my sisters, and I am so thankful to be a part of this chapter.🤍”

“Two words… Zeta Day! Traveling to Zeta Day with 100+ members of Epsilon was so much fun! We were able to attend this conference with various Zeta chapters from all around the country. We sang, danced, attended an awards ceremony, ate some yummy food, and got to make so many new Zeta friends! It was such an amazing bonding day and I cannot wait to go back next year🤍”

It’s ! 💘

As a Zeta, pink is more than just a color. The color pink represents our philanthropy, breast cancer education and awareness.

It’s so important to us to raise awareness about breast cancer, as 1 out of 8 women are diagnosed in their lifetime. As Zetas, we do as much as we can to lower that number and continue to against breast cancer! 💗

“Going into recruitment, I didn’t really know anyone and had no idea what to expect.
What I did know is that I was looking to meet people who would support me, laugh with me, cry with me, and motivate me. To my suprise, I felt all of these things within the span of 1 week walking in and out of the Zeta house.
Through all of the butterflies and uncertainties of recruitment week, Zeta was the place that I felt the most relaxed and the most myself.
3 years later…this chapter has brought me my very best friends and college memories!! The thought of opening my bid card and sprinting to the lawn, living in house, and now prepping for recruitment one last time…makes me smile ear to ear!! I cannot believe how fast time has flown by and if I could, I would choose Zeta all over again.❤️”
