I have been a resident in the Metro-Atlanta area for over 20 years and studied Business at Liberty University. My family consist of three wonderful children and a loving husband. I enjoy church, hiking, biking, kayaking, singing, traveling, working out and spending time with family. I have developed a strong passion for real estate that keeps me positive and motivated. 2006 and gained a wealth a knowledge along the way. I have also built a reputation for being extremely organized and meticulous. These qualities are essential for providing an excellent customer experience. My clients are delighted when I follow-up in a timely fashion, provide step by step directions of the process, and supply appropriate documentation needed to alleviate any anxieties. Having a good work ethic allows my clients to have the confidence needed to refer their family and friends along the way. I strive for excellence in every aspect of my life in order to achieve success. My roles consist of representing buyers and sellers in negotiations, Interviewing clients to determine potential residencies, presenting offers for sellers for consideration, coordinating appointments to show homes to potential buyers and renters, providing CMA’s to clients, and project management, just to name a few. My ultimate goal is to build relationships and leave a lasting impression while working with buyers, sellers.
