Drum roll please 🥁 —next we have Mercedes S.! Mercedes was inspired to pursue a career in nursing because of her family’s experiences; she has a natural instinct to help others, and she wants to honor her family by advocating for her future patients! 💪🏼 Mercedes shared a lesson that she will bring into her practice- “you need to take life one step and sometimes one day at a time” 👣 Mercedes will be working on the medical surgical unit at Blanchard Valley Hospital after graduation! 👩🏼‍🎓🥳

Brianna was inspired to become a nurse so that she could care for others and ensure they receive quality care 🧡 Brianna noted that she will take information on therapeutic communication with her into her future career 🗣️ Brianna has accepted a position in the ICU step down at St. Rita’s Medical Center, and we know she’ll do great things! 🏥
