Women in Leadership with AI-Driven Engagement is an online, certificate program designed to help professionals strengthen communication, negotiation, decision-making, team engagement, and strategic stewardship skills.

Open to all learners, the program illuminates and clarifies the leadership experiences and challenges often faced by women in organizational settings.

What a great Saturday with Dr. IIeleji from Ball State University's Department of Modern Languages and Cultures and community members! The group is working on on a canvas that will be sent to Nagasaki, Japan to celebrate world peace at a memorial remembering the atomic bomb that hit, which essentially brought WWII to an end.

What is Vocational ESL for Child Development Associate (CDA) training?

It’s a self-paced, online course for English language learners who want to build childcare vocabulary, strengthen workplace communication, and prepare for CDA certification in early childhood education.

The course includes:

120 course hours completed within 6 months
Instructor support
Portfolio preparation and CDA exam readiness
Infant/toddler and preschool-age care pathways
A certification exam voucher for eligible learners
No prerequisites are required, and it's WIOA-approved so funding is available.
