Due to hazardous fire conditions, an outdoor burning ban will be in effect for Henderson County as of March 21, 2025 at 8 AM. Under authority of the Henderson County Code, Section 78-16.1 all outdoor burning is prohibited in areas within 100 feet of a structure.
